Yes Tom, a great movie for those interested in early motion picture  
pioneers and equipment - with your knowledge of  cameras/kinetoscopes/zoetropes 
you'd probably be in a position to  appreciate the details more than most. 
Made for the Festival of Britain  rather than the Queen's Jubilee, though, 
which explains the somewhat  fictionalized perspective where cinema seem to 
have 
been invented in  England. Forget about those pesky Lumiere Brothers or 
Edison! Most famous  now for a brief cameo by Laurence Olivier as a passing 
Victorian policeman  astonished by the sight of moving pictures.
