Does Scorcese plan to use Sinatra tracks? If so, I doubt Harry Connick would agree to lip-sync Sinatra records. That wouldn't be a good career move for him. If I were picking someone by looks and temperment, I'd pick Antonio Sabato but I can't say he's an actor with a lot of depth. DiCaprio is a decent actor and he'd bring a lot more nuisance to the role. FRANC

There's nobody else here....." I would actually suggest he goes with someone either: 1) unknown or 2) an established singer.. Harry Conick Jr may be a good choice Rich At 01:38 PM 2/19/2010, Kevin Conway wrote: SInatra COULD have been one of his most memorable masterpieces, had he chosen someone more WORHTY to play SInatra, like Nicholson, Hopkins, or even De Niro. I'm looking forward to Sinatra, now that should be good! _____ Date: Fri, 19 Feb 2010 10:26:11 -0500 From: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MOPO] mopo - Scorseses posters on Morning news To: [email protected] Wouldn't mind at all, tho it was only meant as a humorous aside, and I fear he may have a few more pressing projects up his sleeve. I'm still waiting in anticipation for his documentary on British film that he's been working on with Ms Schoonmaker for xx years now. With that, directing major new feature films, and restoring old ones, he's certainly not a man who likes to sit still.
