Astor Pictures Corp has been around since 1925 and picked up speed in the 
beginning of the 1930s.  Grand National was supposed to be the distributors of 
the 1937 USA rename/reissue so I agree that this is most likely a later issue 
but can't find anything to confirm when that was.....  I am sure someone on the 
MOPO brain trust will have an answer though...

It looks like this dealer's description is a bit more accurate than I thought 
at first.  But still, as far as I know ASTOR material didn't actually appear 
until the early 40's, not 1937.  Maybe Bruce can shed some light on when ASTOR 
material first appeared.
