I was just thinking back to all of those times that Astor posters and lobby cards were being misrepresented as originals. I was wrong in this case---but I think it's a good policy for anyone new to the hobby to make a habit of checking out the production company listed on whatever piece they buy..whether it's Astor or Film Classics or whatever... If you look at his feedback he is clearly not a poster collector/seller. He did go to great pains(so much so it’s painful to read)to describe the condition and did try to research it(albeit wikipedia). But still, as far as I know ASTOR material didn't actually appear until the early 40's, not 1937. Maybe Bruce can shed some light on when ASTOR material first appeared.
