This is from 1940. I don't think the seller was purposefully misrepresenting it. If you look at his feedback he is clearly not a poster collector/seller. He did go to great pains(so much so it's painful to read)to describe the condition and did try to research it(albeit wikipedia). It's still a nice piece priced ok.

But still, as far as I know ASTOR material didn't actually appear until the early 40's, not 1937. Maybe Bruce can shed some light on when ASTOR material first appeared.
