I just bought four pillow shams for my 11 year old daughter's birthday party from an eBay seller on the 11th, and asked them to send them right out via First Class Mail, so they would surely be there for the party on the 20th.
They sent them delivery confirmation on the 12th, which is all I could ask. But thanks to the inept Post Office, they did not arrive in 8 days, so they missed the party. I know the seller did nothing wrong and will leave four glowing positives. But how many buyers might well be pissed off and leave four negatives? That is exactly what stinks about eBay's feedback system. It is stacked against the seller, and eBay *MASSIVELY *profits from it when buyers leave undeserved negatives.
