stacked against the seller, and eBay MASSIVELY profits from it when
buyers leave undeserved negatives.
Bruce, it is just "one more reason that fleaBay sucks" and thee do
indeed profit when a dealer gets bad ratings because they lose their discount
it's a brutal system and you have to wonder when dealers who are
being sandbagged will say 'STOP! STOP IT I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE"
