Claude is correct that it's keeping people from contacting each other.
but there are other ways. You can actually get all seller information
by requesting it via a special form. even includes an address & phone #
to Helmut's original query.. yes.. ebay has made you jump through a
couple extra hoops, but if you choose "other" in questions, you get a
pop out with a box to enter a question yourself
