i re open the case just for  a minute  . What's defining say bebop from hard 
bop is a set of rules , you can tell at once if you're listening to what's 
labeled any specific sub jazz style by how they play which is a set of rules 
andy  all them bands will pretty much sound the same due to the rules they obey 
too . breaking common accepted rules by changing them and  then tightly 
sticking to the new  you created yourself this way ?    i close my case , amen
