Two Qs for you: 1) Does acid-free backboard protect linen-backed posters? How? Doesn’t the linen backing block the acidification from the backboard? Does it somehow go around or through the thick linen?
2) Acid paper posters acidify internally. Does pressing them up against acid backboards significantly speed up or worsen acidification?
