Good info! On a lighter note I possibly have the zaniest story involving your frames!
Two years ago my mom gave me Russian tea mix, which creates a VERY dark hot drink. Anyways I made a cup and carelessly roughly sat on my couch. The ENTIRE full large cup’s contents hurled STRAIGHT BACK SMACK INTO THE MIDDLE of one of your frames, which was protecting a $4K movie poster! I naturally freaked out as the DARK BROWN liquid gushed down the frame front and seeped through the lower front lip. The lower portion of the WHITE poster quickly was saturated with liquid. I jerked the frame off the wall but it took FIVE MINUTES to disassemble it! The horror story ends well(ish). About 90% of the liquid drained off without reaching the paper inside. The remaining 10% initially left a ghastly brown stain covering 1/2 inch on both edges of the lower right of the 1935 paper. Rather miraculously the dark liquid dried and mostly left no trace, just mild water damage. Stuptacular clumsiness on my part!
