John, we'll have to wait and see, but I think it is utterly impossible to enforce that new rule. In effect, it would mean that EVERYBODY who wants to ship ANYTHING to the UK would have to apply for a VAT number. If that rule was enforced, it will be easier to ship to North Korea.
