Some films are so profound you don't need to see them for second and
third time or more

I bought the SALO DVD. It's great to play when you have unwanted

Many years ago I felt I needed to broaden my scope of film beyond the
US and decided I would watch all the Criterion Collection DVD's. I was
17 titles in when I watched Pasolini's SALO. If you've never seen that
movie, keep it that way. if your sensibilities are like mine you will
have daytime night terrors and wish you could unsee it. When I read
more about Pasolini and saw that he had been assassinated it didn't
surprise me.

I'm sick of superheroes. Too many, too much! Can't we just get an
actual hero or heroine or a heroic non-binary type? Please. However,
I never want to see HAREM SCARUM ever again. I had a blind date with
a plain girl, had to drive 20 miles to see this drivel, and then the
movie was moronic. I was trapped! I would rather watch THE SOUND OF
MUSIC run backwards three times than to ever have to see HAREM
SCARUM again. So don't ask me to. I mean, I love Elvis, but NO.

Fassbinder's THE THIRD GENERATION, his approach on German terrorism

five minutes the next days and deleted it. I have no intention to go
back on this one.

Is there a film that you have made a decision that you never want to
see, in the cinema , TV or any medium, even if the reason may be
completely illogical? For me it is The Sound of Music.
