Hi Marsha

Are there not events that are not static, or not, at least,
fully static?

e.g. when you meet someone new there is a non-static
and emergent/un-anticipatible aspect.

Or when you invade Iraq it is not just going to
play out in a static and controllable way.

Static pattern does imply repeating, no repeat,
no pattern to re-cognise. Yes, it is all relational,
both static and dynamic. Is not the Otherness of
people due to them being a source of dynamic quality,
whereas machines have only static qualities?
