A placement facility for ages 13-21 (though I
have never heard of any that have been at the place
passed the age of 18). It is on the same scale as
prison, but prison is way on the other side of the
scale for security needs. We do hands on at times,
but nothing is locked and our discipline measures are
mostly verbal.
