The mirage is very real. A mirage is more real
than an actual oasis in the desert where actual water
is. Of course, this mirage is as real as mirages get.
You seem to be asserting that an actual oasis is
real, more real than a mirage oasis. An actual oasis
is real if you want water to drink. A mirage oasis
will provide you with no water - an actual oasis can't
do that, thus, a mirage oasis is more real at
providing no water than an actual oasis. I don't see
why the need for saying an actual oasis is more real
than a mirage oasis. Sure it's in the consequence,
but the consequence will give you what's coming to
you. I don't see this as a more real, less real
issue.
