I wasn't so much directing that part of the comment at you
(about sharing). 

Mostly just commenting on my own experience.

But I see what you mean about everything being connected. 

So perhaps, even if we do live in a cave - if we are practicing
our work (whatever that may be) with our intent and effort directed
at producing quality (even if all we are doing is meditating), 
and we are at peace with ourselves, we are still doing our bit of 
universal good.
