I may someday. I'll save this post in a file I
keep in which I may go back and find this book name
someday and get it.

Yes. I used abandonment in a more positive
sense. Not abandonment were somebody might feel
negative pain (at least in hindsight). I'm referring
to this drop-out action. It seems to involve itself
with patterns that include abandonment. Whether one
abandons one thought for a better thought, or one
social life for another social life. Abandonment
might be managed by the abandoner in certain cases,
and in other cases abandonment might be forced upon
the abandoner. In either case, one is losing
something or letting something go, thus, losing it.
Losing it can also lead ones pattern of thinking into
crazy - losing it - crazy - sounds similar. Yet,
crazy as abandonment might be leaving something behind
where the house is empty to be filled by other
patterns. Yes, crazy can be good.

Yes. By the way, what did you think of the
African elephants and the connection I see between
these elephants and fatherless children. African
americans have the highest crime rate in the U.S. I
believe. With humans, I'm sure the complexity of
patterns as to the why's of the youth's unsettledness,
but this seemed interesting.
