Greetings, For what it's worth, I'd like to add something. I also studied Hatha Yoga at the HI, and even took some teacher training studies. It's was great! But my brother, who is a Vet, found Hatha Yoga through vet counseling. He and a bunch of other vets, all suffering with ptsd, started going as a group to a weekly class. A Hatha Yoga class that included a little meditation, not just exercise. Most became enthusiastic practitioners, and reported an improvement in their ability to coupe with stress and problem solving. They were even written up in the Yoga International magazine.
