DL, Not in the strict sense at the moment. I practiced meditation daily for five years, now I just go into meditation mode at various points throughout the day. Presently, I live in a stair master type of home. I have my computer (purposely) two flights away from my primary living space. I am up and down stairs many times during the day. But I also do a series of morning stretches that I learned at the Himalayan Institute. So no I don't have a strict regiment, but I'm not a couch potato either. Feel free to lecture me, I deserve to be nudged into a more structured routine.
