The problem is we (as in modern human beings) identify too much with  
our "Brain" and "skull". The "You" that you are isn't a function of  
your brain or not limited to that tiny size of a skull. At one level  
your brain is merely a subset of you.

Purva Paksha is a technique in classical Indian philosophy to raise  
an objection to expound truth.
It can also be considered to be an understanding of one viewpoint in  
a debate. Without proper Purva Paksha, it is not wise to embark on a  
debate/discussion. The response to the Purva Paksha is called the  
Uttara Paksha.
