If you are suggesting that in a health system (publicly funded or
otherwise) there should be circumstantial limits to how much care
people are entitled to - you'll get no argument from anyone with a
brain - me included.

The hard bit is to move from the abstract to the specifics.

So I'm lying in the gutter choking on my own vomit, what do you do Mr

(a) Leave me to die ?
(b) insert your preferred options (immediate and future actions).
