Anyway, at last a straight answer, Platt, though not to any of my questions.
OK ... so irrespective of all context / scenarios possible ... I did
suggest quite a few ... you would leave me to die.

Interesting to say the least.

Would you care to answer any of my questions now ... just to test the
actual limits to your (im)morality.

Like are you leaving me to die because I'm that b**tard in (a) or for
some other reason like (b)(1) or what ?

If I proposed a different patient other than myself ... what would
your answers be ? Oh, look I already did, but predictably you ignored
that option.
