Hi Kahled, fair enough, glad to hear it. You were pointing out contradictions in speific religious law and practice ... and making value judgements in doing so .... all I am saying is that no one religion has a monopoly on hypocrisy.
The problem Khaled, is religion, and the idea that it/they have any existence independent of man's choice to believe and chosen bases of belief. Your other questions about the conflicts between faith and real life are therefore meaningless to me - why would anyone fast (for a religious reason) - they all resolve to the MoQ layers in practice - the real workings of the real world. By the way, if you put the whole country on night shift, the oppressors just turn up to invade during the day. (Legitimate is a social word.)
