Craig You're missing the importance of the levels in evolution. [Krimel] I think much of the value of the evolutionary position is lost in Pirsig's teleological view of the process. I also do not think the view of levels as discrete fits an evolutionary position. Craig Also, I don't see the Dynamic/static distinction is close to the active/passive.
