Otherwise it is not experience. And whether there are
actions/patterns without experience is hard to know.
Unconscious habits may be a starting point.

Where does this "plan" reside? In the mind of Quali-god? There is no
"plan" because in the MOQ there is no where for it reside. Any "plan"
is simply the Gestaltian perception of patterns we weave as we
experience the cosmos. As Pirsig says, the MOQ is not just atheistic,
it is anti-theistic. No "God", no "plan". Just Quality.
