What's so funny is my wife
and I rented and watched
the John Adams HBO series
and "Don't Tread on Me" was
the name of an episode and my wife
and I mentioned it and my son
starting saying "Don't Tread on Me".
We laughed and my wife would say it,
then my son, then me, in no particular
order, we say this, and still my son
finds this to be a catchy phrase. When
we say it he'll say it back to this
day. He likes saying this phrase. It's funny,
I don't know.
We'll before these words begin to
isolate themselves in some desensitized
abstract manner, I'm going outside
to hear the birds, take a rest,
and allow these gray clouds sink
into my eyes to color my thoughts and
to have the wind influence my
thinking.

this great delegation,
woods

It has seemed that once you are open to listen they will come to
speak. The deer, eagle, fox, hawk, turkey, otter, skunk, wren,
woodpecker, jays, raccoon, bees, chipmunk and field mice, and even a
bat, have come to speak. The clouds, wind, trees, thunder and
lightening, plants, rain, snow and sunshine have all come to
speak. This is a very intelligent place. Your little boy will learn
these things, and my grandson will too.

The Universe is uncaused, like a net of jewels in which each is a
reflection of all the others in a fantastic, interrelated harmony without end.
