You know this Emanuel guy that is Obama's Chief of Staff wrote
a book about how citizens ought to have to work in civilian or military
services, and citizens ought to go to government schooling for 3 months.
With Obama's and Emanuel's plan the age bracket goes
from 18 to even over the age of 55 so the elderly can help with
Head Start or other Youth programs. Emanuel did grow up in
Israel where every citizen has to serve in the military for a certain
time when they are of age. Just over the weekend Obama took
off his website "mandatory" service and replaced it with "goals
met" (or something like that).
