[Ham] > objects and events are phenomenal. They > represent our intellectual constructs of Value
This seems backwards. Our intellectual constructs represent objects and events (= phenomena = Value). CONCEPTS are intellectual constructs (i.e., they are intellectual & constructed.) But phenomena cannot be identical to concepts. The concept of 'dinosaur' came into existence a few centuries ago; dinosaurs came into existence millions of years ago. The 'unicorn' concept exists, but not the unicorn.
