Ian, The only argument you and I have is over giving Pirsig a pass or not. The only reason this comes up is in regards to my comments on Platt's pin headed "oops" remarks. But it is not like Platt is the only one seduced but this crap. Ham, gav and others are equally befuddled. I would happily award Pirsig a pass and move on but this same discussion iterates times and again and it arises in part from Pirsig himself. Krimel
