Hi Steve,

I'm saying there is no right to privacy in the Constitution any more than 
there
is a right to a free lunch or a warm bed. "Pursuit of happiness" is in the
Declaration, not the Constitution.  The Declaration is not law. The 
"liberal idea" you refer to is not in the Constitution. The Supreme Court 
is charged with interpreting the meaning of what is written in the 
Constitution, not enforcing moral philosophy, Christian, Humanism or 
otherwise.
