These marriage issues are strict moral value issues, and 
do not conflate with natural rights.  In other words, 
they are very arbitrary.  Marriage is a social value issue, 
but not one of principled law.  As long as life (person), 
liberty, and property are not being violated (physical 
coercion), I see no reason for the government to regulate 
anything about marriage.  By doing so the government is 
molding a bias on human flourishing.
