One very interesting idea that I think was missed in the discussion is there is a difference between the State and the government. The State is the police, military, teachers, courts, defense contracts, etc... all agencies that receive their income via taxes currently. These are all necessary aspects of society. These structures would stay in place. It's the government that needs to go. It doesn't do anything but bottom feed. The State has statists and they are people who push for the State to increase it's power and they have material self-interests too. But without a government backed coercive monopoly these institutions can join the free market and their power demands would find no monopoly backing. These institutions would need to reach out to the consumers and through free market competitive forces the efficiency in these institutions will become superb. They will find themselves competing and trying to sell the best they can offer or they go bankrupt. Voting using dollars is way more efficient than voting in what you believe is right but don't actually do what is right. It's about our immediately experienced actions. The real human action is in the free market civil society. Not by government coercive monopolies decided by high preference time politicians (only think of the present and don't have the foresight about any future planning at all). The State would readjust and these jobs would still be here. These institutions would still be here. They run on their own now. Politicians can't decide well enough on what to do anyways without asking State officials to come to their offices and give them advice. Politicans don't involve themselves in any direct action except to coerce. The civil society and free market decides using free-will now anyways except the government screws it up with their centralized planning that has been going on for decades. It's time these parasites go. They are immoral and criminal. Let liberty happen and humans will flourish. Quality is the telos. I trust the Church of Reason not the "Montana Governor who's actions abhor reason".
