Nick:
Ron, capital punishment happens at the hanging or injection chair.  It happens 
after the person has been caught.  But since Arlo believes in murder and 
stealing 
and advocates coming to steal my land and possible killing me, who knows with 
his mind-set, I'm warning him - if he shoots, then I'll make the final shot.  
You can't 
catch somebody that tries to murder you and will not go down without a fight.
