Let's change the example from Allah, since no one knows if he is real or a fictional character from the Koran. Consider the tree outside my window: when I look, I see the real tree but not the complete tree (e.g., I don't see the other side of the tree or the inside of the tree.) Similarly, when I talk about the tree, I'm talking about the real tree, even if I don't completely know everything about the tree.
