The MOQ stance is not of wiping out anything (war is a social level phenomenon) all levels are good in their position as support for the higher level and as the 4th. level is best it ought to have the leading role. If you had read anything more than my "Platt is right" before throwing yourself at the keyboard you would have seen that I recommend a US and NATO withdrawal from the region. It is the intellectual West's unnatural "gestalt" as military invaders that fuels the resistance. The Muslims see crusaders round every bend. Not to irk Platt I'll say that the USA's ousting of the Taleban for hosting Bin Laden and all that, was an appropriate action, but they should have left it there.
