Hi Matt and all,

Imho ³Consciousness² is indefinable DQ. When I think of evolution I think
of Gravity, Instinct, Consciousness as indefinable DQ evolution. In order
to apply logic to a statement containing any of these words MoQ DQ/SQ¹s
evolution applies as they seem to originate at different levels.

I prefer to call the Social level, the first level in conscious evolution,
the Emotional level. Consciousness, after the emotional level, evolves to a
second level, the Intellectual level SOL. To understand the actions of a
hero in evolutionary terms, Consciousness evolves after intellect to a
higher Emotional level, and to a higher Intellectual level, which are
available to all, but which require a heroic discipline for apprehension,
e.g., Pirsig. This explanation is not original but my interpretation of
the meaning of evolution in esoteric literature. Happy Holidays!
