However, the addition of new levels does not appeal to me, if we open
that gate where to stop? I agree very much that logic is the universe's
prerequisite and have suggested it as the inorganic "carbon". Where
this originates ..?? ... but at this - um - level the buck stops for us all.
I have no problems with adding lower (or higher) levels, I added a few more in
the "Levels undressed" essay but not a logic level.
I've spent quite a bit of thinking on the levels and I'd stick my nose out and
say that I have a good understanding of what constitutes a new level. It has
nothing to do with what appeals to me, you or anyone. It's simply completely
different ways to build stuff.
