Hi Bo,

I feel compelled to put on my tech support hat. I use (variously) Microsoft
Outlook to download locally from Gmail and have no problems with DMB's
posts. Even without Outlook, his posts are looking fine when read directly
from Gmail's html page. I think the problem is not with DMB, but with your
email program. What do you use? My first thought is that you are using
some older Unix derivative (Eudora for example). There is a difference
between the CR at the end of a Unix line vs. the CRLF at the end of a DOS
line. That may not be it though. Since you are in Norway, what code page
(aka locale) do you use? I'm running Windows 7 so I can't tell you step by
step where to find this, but if you are using XP, open Control Panel and
look for something like "regional or language settings". That will tell
you. American English speakers usually have their codepage set to EN-US by
default. If you do most of your other computer work in Norwegian, though,
your computer's locale is probably Norwegian. I do not want you to change
it, because there are known problems with changing your code page on an
existing system without doing a reinstall, but to diagnose your problem I
need to know those 2 things.

1) What program do you use for reading email?
2) What locale or code page is your computer configured for?

Let me know,

Mary
