BTW Pegasus Mail has line length in centimeters and inches, not in
characters, and this latest version has 145 as standard, this I find too
long and changes it manually to 110 cm
1.1 meter wide?? Do you read mail on a wall TV? :)

that standard but ... phew! And just to pick "knits" I don't see the idea
of ..."write whole paragraphs without having to end the paragraph
until it's logically finished ..." when the program switches to new lines
automatically
The idea is to be able to write a long paragraph, and then insert a few words in
the beginning. If you have broken the first line manually, your first line will
now be too long, so you need to move a few words to the 2nd line. Then the 2nd
line gets to long, so you move the end of the 2nd line to the 3rd, and so on...
It's this tedious work that the program does for you automatically if you keep
paragraphs together.
