The Robin Hood Tax--I love that name,
but it's a silly idea.  Most businesses voluntarily give 

a percentage of their profits back to the community 
(my most recent firm gives 2%). So they would probably just deduct 
this confiscation of .05% from their charitable giving. 
So there would be be no net effect, except for the thrill 
people get from dictating to others how to spend money. 
But as dmb says "these are not moral people".
