Shouldn't we just pass a law that at the beginning of each season,
all teams are declared champions? Even better,
why not just send a Super Bowl Champion ring to every citizen?

Well some want to tax those with viable health care policies,
to pay for those without. So we could tax all those millionaire
professional football players to pay for all the rings.
What I see as wrong with your original question, is that you are
trying to use the end to justify the means.
