@ Hello X Acto
Trouble is Bodvars SOL did'nt recognize it as a western cultural development
it was asserted as the evolutional development of the human race.
@ Jung recognised that humans are symbolic animals.
Hellenic Greece greatly accelerated their importance for intellectual
development.
As Jung suggests, a mind divided against itself is a good way of doing this.
[Marsha Quote:]
"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin --
more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary,
destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established
institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and
is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world,
and the chief glory of man. "
Bertrand Russell (Introverted Thinker)
@ Hello Marsha, Jung seems to support the view behind Bodvar's acronym.
With regard to the introvert, he/she is in perhaps in a more advantageous
position to consider the structures of subconscious.
And so maybe more open to the influence of Archetypes in revelation. Archetypes
are prior to quantum physics and collective unconscious.
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain
- Bene Gesserit Litany
@ Hello Krimel, are you linking Archetypes to modern culture?
One line responses say allot but i can't be sure.
meine Gedanken sind frei
@ Marsha, i've had to search to find out what this means.
There is a flow of one line responses.
Not sure what to make of it. My intention was to shed light on a long standing
controversy because it made sense to me.
I don't believe Bodvar is a threat to the moq. It seems he observed something
that is described in other places and i felt this may be important.
Thanks all
Ade
