A metaphysics - any metaphysics - is nothing but words, so it's difficult to see why that's frustrating. That's why it's so important that those discussing the MoQ have some sort of consensus about the words and terms and how they are being used. When one uses words to mean the opposite of what others understand, further discussion is pointless because those words then become a barrier to understanding another's point of view. So while it's necessary to use words to explain concepts, it's also foolish to use those words badly.
