Hi Dan and all. In a metaphysics based in DQ/SQ, evolution is necessary to go from the undefined to the defined in consciousness. The emotional level Dq is indefinable. The intellectual level of logic DQ/SQ defines the activity at the emotional (social) level creating the new level in consciousness DQ/SQ logic foreshadowed by evolution to self-movement at the organic level from the static inorganic level.
Why is intellect seen as the higher level of evolution? The introduction of the SQ logic of the intellectual level fulfills a higher need, broader communication between members in a group beyond reproduction. DQ consciousness only, is individuality at an emotional level. No room for SQ logic!
