Marsha, If love is there, then why not include it in your definition. Otherwise it remains sterile and static which is nothing like Quality, not a bit. Your grouping of words sounds like an instruction manual. Maybe Pirsig would be proud...
The point is, your definition lacks any of the dynamic aspects of Quality that we have been discussing. It relies on unmoving (unchanging) aspects. You know that this is not Quality. If you narrow Quality like that, it becomes extinct very quickly.
