Ron,
if you told a bunch of analytic philosophers Dynamic Quality is a nonrelativizably used predicate, they still might say it doesn't exist, or that it's useless, or some other negative thing like that, but at least they'd understand, what you're saying. These people are used to reading technical language. They also have control of what's taught in Universities. And currently, they generally do not understand anything about the MOQ.
