As I said to Elephant, the different abilities of different
members of this group are becoming apparent. I'm actually quite
glad that it's come up because I'm seeing several of the group
members in a new light, and my expectations of them are also
changing.
So, no, I don't think I'm setting standards too high, because I
don't think it's unachievable. But I do realize that I am setting
them higher than anyone else is.
But isn't that what the MOQ is about? Putting your heart into your
work and not separating yourself from it. You keep pushing until
you get to that point where the orchestra plays and the lights all
shine around you. Haven't you ever been there? It's difficult, and
you may well fall flat on your face, but it's worth it.
