Nothing could be further from the truth.  Solipsism is one of the most assailed 
philosophical positions ever.  Unless you know someone raised by wolves, you 
probably have never known anyone who holds this position.

I see how human beings reproduce (not that I'm into that sort of thing) & I 
have every reason to believe that is how I came to be.  I have no reason to 
believe that other human beings have a different kind (or no kind) of 
experiences of the world than I do.  This is very natural, not in the least 
"artificial".  Just because my reasons are MY reasons does not make them 
solipsistic.  They would be solipsistic only if these reasons are of a kind 
that nobody else could have.
