That's just it I really can't find a theory on just what happens to
radiant energy it continuously gets passed on through objects or
scatters or refracts or diffuses or interacts with other EM particles.
The assumption is they eventually slowdown and bond agin or are they
just some burntout particle bums who hang out at the edge of the
universe and cause trouble smoking cigarettes and whisting at cute waves
And rays.

I think it is not so much a matter of things burning out as that the heat
(motion) becomes evenly distributed to the point that not further
transformation is possible.
